This company is a scam! Do NOT purchase the $299 massage mat. It's poorly made and doesn't work. I received a defective mat and was promised a refund; I returned it, but they claim they never got it. They refuse to refund me because the delivery was part of a bulk shipment that wasn't scanned. The postal service confirmed delivery, yet they still won't refund me. Now I'm out of money.
