This is an extremely poor quality product. It's all plastic and appears to have been repainted. It was shipped directly from overseas and arrived with a broken back panel. The quality is appalling. I have even hired a professional to analyze the filters. This was the most expensive model offered. I've noticed my review has been removed from your sites, which seems to indicate that the company is trying to silence negative feedback. I received numerous emails shortly after posting my review, accusing me of having a psychological issue for not responding. This is disgraceful. I have posted positive reviews for other products, but this experience has been terrible. I know from others that refunds are rarely issued.
