This company has shown to be untrustworthy. I purchased a $299 massage mat, which turned out to be a poorly made imitation that didn't function as promised. After receiving a defective mat, I was assured of a refund; however, upon returning it, they now claim they never received it. Despite confirmation from the postal service, they refuse to process my refund. I’m now facing a financial loss.
