The shake taste like a ground up veggies with coco powder. I had the vanilla and chocolate, both hard to swallow. Like a mix of ground veggies with coco powder and sweetener. I guess I had worse but because I threw up 10 min after drinking it. I would give it a 2 out of 10. The chalky texture is really difficult to get down. I also think it expands in your stomach? or that's what it felt like anyway. I tried with and without milk, still bad, tried to add a banana and I now have banana chalk. I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. After posting a one star review whitch was well deserved they offered to issue a full refund. So i'm updating this to 3 stars. Still won't buy again but at least i'm not out $117The product is now in the trash.
