As many other reviewers have reported, they shipped me the wrong product, a chewable chromium tablet, not the berberine/chromium capsules they tout. Then they delayed and balked at fixing the issue. Demanded that I send them a photo of what they shipped me and still were mostly non-responsive. They finally agreed to refund after I shipped the product back at my own expense, despite it being their error, and despite their guarantee saying you don't have to return anything. Then they shorted me $49 of the refund without explanation, for which I'm still fighting them. I have had to file a dispute with the credit card company over it. But based on other reviews here, I guess I should count myself lucky that I got anything refunded at all.
