I was told to just dispose of the product. I decided to take the advise and cut the dose in half and was pleasantly surprised in the results. I actually wrote back to customer service asking them to recharge me for my purchase because it was working. Feeling more alert and gut health is better. They thanked me and said no we won't recharge your card but you can begin your subscription anytime which I did. Not only is the product 5 star but so is the customer service.
