I purchase your eye cream regularly—so many times I’ve honestly lost count. I’m sure you probably have the records to prove it. I truly love the product, which is the only reason I keep coming back.
However, the purchasing experience is frustrating. Every time there’s a promotion advertised—like 34% off—it feels like customers are pushed into bundles in order to actually receive the discount. I’ve spent my entire career in sales, and to me that approach feels a bit misleading. It seems like the promotion is advertised broadly, but in reality it only applies if you buy more products than you may want.
Sometimes I just want to purchase the eye cream by itself and receive the advertised discount because I’m on your email list and you’re running a sale. Instead, if I buy only the eye cream with a smaller discount, I end up having to pay for shipping as well. There always seems to be some sort of catch.
If I didn’t absolutely love your eye cream, I probably wouldn’t continue purchasing because of this. The product is wonderful—but the way the promotions are structured can be frustrating for loyal customers who simply want to reorder a favorite item.
