Chiropractors have used TENS machines to help me in the past but with these big machines. I wasn't sure how much good a small handheld TENS could benefit me but it is amazingly strong. I knew this is not a fast, 1 time fix but after 30mins. per day for 7 days, I am sleeping more comfortably at night. With a severely torn rotator cuff, and being a side sleeper, my nights were generally rough. Continuing to use the TENS for only 30mins per day, I am very hopeful that I will continue to get even more relief.
