Kevin was wonderful to work with. He explained everything from how to work it to who to contact at the VA for supplies. I have been using the machine to help with hip and low back pain caused by osteoporosis. I have also started using it on arthritic knees. It's the most relief that I have had without having to get an injection. (5 stars)
