I had a very disappointing experience with Biowell Labs.I placed an order on 21 January. The shipment was sent from Poland via GLS, but according to the tracking information, the parcel has been stuck in France since 28 January with no movement or updates.After more than 17 days, the product has still not been delivered. For an intra-EU shipment, this delay is completely unacceptable.I contacted the company several times requesting a clear delivery date. The responses were vague (“the order is close to delivery”) and they were unable to provide any concrete timeline. On top of that, replies were sometimes sent in languages other than English, which made communication even worse.Due to the lack of transparency, excessive delay, and poor customer support, I lost confidence in receiving the product and had to open a payment dispute.I do not recommend this company.
