Customer service does not exist. I was billed for stuff I did not order and must have sent 5 emails over the course of a week. I only got automated replies about how busy they were and that they would get back to me . I finally got fed up and tried to cancel my account . Apparently the only way to do that is to send yet another email, to which ... guess what??? Yep, another automated reply. Hopefully by the time my 3 month memebership is up I will have been able to cancel, if not I guess I’ll have to change my check card . Btw, Ipsy was ok , I just wanted to try something new , and I had no trouble cancelling with them at all, maybe I’ll go back to Ipsy.
