I have been a subscriber to Birchbox for almost a year now. Had no problems, love the boxes, they are top value for money & I have been able to try high-end products that I wouldn't usually be able to afford.Nothing as ever arrived damaged & I have never received any duplicate items.Tbh, I am writing this review because I am tired of reading all of the negativity in regards to their Black Friday Promotion, which they themselves have admitted went a bit mad! But the way people are going on, you'd think they'd lost a kidney or something 😉 I had 4 Black Friyay Boxes & received them within 48 hours of placing my order.All in all, I love my Birch Boxes & I am more than happy with all of the products & promotions.
