Today, I received another box with 3 items that I received at LEAST 5 times each. At this point, you are hopeless. No one cares what I put on my preferences, and No one is keeping track of what has been sent to your customers. Pathetic. I don't want any more of the same crap. I'm here to discover NEW beauty products...shame on you for telling us that you promote new products when I have been getting the same JUARA crap every month for years. Birchbox gives you maybe one new item and then the other 4 are filler that they have too many samples of. They save money and pretend like you are getting such fun new products. It's a scam now!
