I called to pay off the loan on the day of the 2nd payment and was going to be charged the full interest amount. When I complained I was told that someone would call me within 48hrs. No one called. There are many lenders who don't charge the outrageous fees/interest that Birch Lending does. Do your homework and shop around! You can find money at a better rate than Birch :(
