Just had an awful experience. I have used 15+ different of these kind of apps, and yesterday while on a bird bicycle in barcelona it wouldn't let me park anywhere, it said I was not on a bicycle parking spot. I recorded my screen and desperately tried to reach support but impossible to contact with them, their ai bot just asking me to repharse the issue. I had to leave the bicycle as I had a meeting wondering what would happen. they charged me 15 euros before it auto locked, and then offered me 5 euros credit. Their support kept sending the same canned answer that if I already got the 5 euro credit I should go and check it under xyz tab, basically, we charged you a lot and we dont care.
