I was overcharged for a rental. They blamed bad g p s services or overhead wiring interference for why it did not stop.charging me when we locked the bike. I requested a refund the next day.And they said they would credit my account the $41.20 but I would have to wait 60 days. So I waited sixty days and was not able to use another one of these bikes, because we do not have anything like that around anywhere. So I requested eimbursement to my account and then they send me the terms and say that it had to be within sixty days of use. What a RIP OFF!! NEVER AGAIN! I do not recommend and the bike. My daughter used would not even charge correctly. They took eighty dollars of my money and we were only able to use it for half an hour for $80.
