So here I am in Porto, Portugal with a friend. While I was able to terminate the ride just fine, my friend was unable too. After his meltdown over this, I reached out to the company per the app instructions for an adjustment on the bill...they simply shrugged. So now I gotta dispute this with my credit card, give Bird a bad review, and uninstall the app because they got zero customer orientation. Byebye Birdy.
