I needed surgery and I’ll be handicapped for at least three months.Bird’s response? Five minutes of free ride time. Five. Minutes. On the same garbage scooters that nearly ruined my life.This company has zero shame. Riding Bird isn’t “convenient transportation,” it’s gambling with your health—or your life.Oh, and didn’t they declare chapter eleven? How are they still even allowed to operate?Stay away. Your future self (and your family) will thank you.
