I have an account and want a refund but they refuse claiming that because PayPal is declining the payback because it’s longer than 180 days, I (ME) have to contact PayPal to solve their problem of not paying me back.and that’s that. The problem also is PayPal isn’t doing anything for me after the 180 days. So I am in a loop now, can’t use the credit can’t get my money back It’s my freaking money. Nice job BIRD. They easily can arrange a payback. It’s even stated on their FAQ page. But in reality: they refuse. I want my money back because the BIRD has flown! Nowhere a rental in sight! Customerservice is a laugh. You get in a loop and get no solution. Bird: BEWARE. Try anybody else but BIRD.Prob this review wont help. They just don’t care.
