So, on terms and conditions it says that temporary 3EUR charge will be put on the card. If used less, the difference will be reimbursed. If used more, that again, DIFFERENCE between used amount and 3EUR will be charged. So I used Bird scooters twice in one day and both time I was charged the actual amount spent (which is fine) and twice charge of 3 EUR. Total of 6 EUR not so significant, but it is not acceptable. And terms and conditions ARE misleading. Very frustrating to see such things these days.Will never use them again. Use BOLT. cheaper and never anything is blocked or overcharged.Also, it took me hours to email get their helpline email address. and HeldDesk bot was useless. Everything is done for clients to get frustrated and not waste their time to return these 3 EUR
