Purchased a pack of cod fish fingers in April. One fish finger had a piece of cardboard packaging the entire length and width of it inside it! Contacted customer service in some far off call centre (the phone line terrible and the person struggled to understand me and I him) given the usual company speak about Birds Eyes excellent production/hygiene standards and offered £10 of vouchers to be posted. Two weeks later, no vouchers or letter of apology, nothing. Called again to be told the vouchers request had been cancelled by somebody! I became angry and was immediately offered £15 of vouchers! and a letter from the company and more about the excellent company Birds Eye are. Two weeks later received a letter and £10 in vouchers. What a way to treat a customer who's eaten and bought their products for 50 years or more. £10 and I could've choked to death. Really disappointed with their lack of concern and service about this. If anyone wants £10 of vouchers they're yours because I'll never use them.
