After charging me £2000 the advice I received was 'to submit the same incorrect paperwork in the same format again' to meet a deadline due to the delay in time it took to get a response. They then charged me an additional £600 for the time it took to read over a one side of A4 page letter. I received NOTHING by the way of professional assistance. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for anything regarding employment law. £2600 later I had the exact same strength of case at the end as I did at the start - total waste of money. The service I received from cunningtons solicitors was of a far higher standard (albeit at a marginally higher cost, which was the reason I changed representative - I wish I stayed with them.)
