As a 48-year-old male who prioritizes my health, I have a good understanding of nutrition and fitness. My blood tests returned favorable results, but I discovered I had small gallbladder stones. I was advised to undergo surgery immediately, which I believe is not necessary unless the stones are causing pain. The staff attempted to pressure me into the operation. Additionally, they charged me significantly for supplements they claimed were essential, but I only received magnesium and vitamin D, which many people lack. The service was good, but be cautious not to let them pressure you into surgery.
