As a 48-year-old male who prioritizes my health, I have a solid understanding of nutrition and fitness. My test results were good, but I discovered I had small gallbladder stones. I was advised that immediate surgery was necessary, which I believe is incorrect; surgery is only required if the stones cause pain or discomfort. The staff attempted to use fear tactics to push for the operation. Additionally, they charged a significant amount for supplements that they claimed were essential. In reality, I was only given magnesium and vitamin D, which are commonly deficient in many individuals. While the service was good, be cautious not to be pressured into surgery.
