Currently, we are unaware of the situation or any updates, which is causing unnecessary stress. Please respond as soon as possible to clarify the status and next steps. EDIT - We are pleased to report that we received a satisfactory phone call and follow-up email from the operations team. Our file has been reassigned to a different team, and we are hopeful for a smoother process moving forward. Hence, I have upgraded this review from 1 star to 3 stars.
