I used Bishopsgate Law as a result of the good Trustpilot reviews. They were more expensive than the other quotes I had obtained, but thought the sale would go through more quickly on the basis of them being proactive. Instead there were delays and communication was poor. Documents I sent to them were not reviewed and actioned properly , and I had cause to complain on several occasions. When the sale was finally going through, the figures they submitted for me to approve were incorrect. Also, I only received the completion statement after chasing twice. Having reviewed the file in detail, Bishopsgate Law acknowledge errors were made, and have taken appropriate steps, for which I am grateful.
