I chose this agency based on positive reviews, but where do I start… It seemed fine at first with plenty of communication. However, just five days before our trip, we were informed that our flight had been canceled due to scheduling changes. That's when the truth began to unravel. I had to repeatedly call and text them, only to receive vague reassurances that they were handling it. Two days before our flight, I contacted the airline directly and discovered that the agent had been informed a month earlier about the change but did nothing. No customer details were provided to the airline for them to reach out to us or the agent. I ended up rescheduling my flights myself in just ten minutes. The airline was very apologetic and even advised us against this agency. The anxiety and frustration I felt were overwhelming, and when I relayed this to the agency, their response was simply that I didn’t miss my flight, so I shouldn’t be concerned. 🥴 They clearly lack the ability to manage flight changes effectively. Their hotel options were also inferior compared to booking directly. Because of their mismanagement, I had to book extra hotel nights, disrupt our work schedule, and travel unprepared. The hotel informed us they only purchase discounted rooms. The additional nights I booked through another platform were far superior to what this agency offered. The rooms provided were tiny, so be cautious. None of the vendors communicated in English, and we had to constantly remind them to organize our tours. In the end, it felt like we were working for the agency instead of receiving the services we paid for. This was our first time performing umrah, and the added stress was immense. I sincerely hope anyone reading this will think twice and choose another option. Honestly, after our experience in Saudi, booking independently is straightforward, and I highly recommend avoiding any agency as it simply isn’t worth it.
