I was informed that software had been installed on my laptop, but after checking all my applications, I can't find any. They took my money without providing the promised software packages. I’ve never heard of the company involved, and I already have similar software from another provider that I’m satisfied with. I canceled all charges on October 19, 2025, but one charge of £7.99 still went through. I tried to stop it through the payment service but had no success. Please confirm that all other pending charges have been canceled.
