Blocked Refund, Overbilled and Misrepresented Program, Extreme Caution Advised

UPDATE (January 26th, 2026)After requesting cancellation within hours of enrollment and not using any services, BitBranding refused a refund. I disputed one $2,667 installment with my bank, but BitBranding contested it, and the bank ultimately sided with them. I am now permanently out $2,667 for a service I did not use. I also received repeated messages requesting that I remove this review and suggesting legal action for the remaining balance. From my perspective, retaining payment under these circumstances is deeply concerning. The way a company handles cancellations says far more about its values than any sales presentation.I would willingly update this review again to reflect a different outcome if BitBranding chose to resolve this matter by issuing a full refund.ORIGINAL:I am sharing my personal experience with BitBranding so other business owners can make an informed decision before enrolling.I enrolled in November 2025. Within approximately six hours, I realized the program was not a fit and requested cancellation immediately. I did not access, use, or participate in any services, onboarding, calls, or materials.Despite this, my refund request was refused in writing. I was told that no refund could even be considered unless I agreed to a phone call. One written response stated:“Unfortunately, I do not have the authority to administer a refund. Per company policy, a meeting with the owner is required.”I explicitly asked to handle the matter in writing for documentation purposes, yet the company would not process the cancellation without a call. Another written response reinforced this position:“Regardless of whether you were in the program for 12 months or 12 minutes. Policy is policy.”This is important context: the initial call was marketed as a consultative session to review my website and provide guidance. In reality, it functioned as a sales presentation. No meaningful or actionable guidance was provided. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that no one sign or pay during the first call. After enrollment—and before using any services—it became clear that what was presented differed materially from what was discussed. Instead of personalized, hands‑on marketing support, the program consisted primarily of pre‑recorded modules and generalized strategy content. When I asked a specific question about Black Friday marketing, I was referred to a video/module, which was not the level of support represented during the sales conversation.Pricing transparency was another major concern. I was billed $8,000 (in three installments). After this experience, I found public reviews from other customers reporting they were charged $6,000 for what appears to be the same program. This raised serious concerns about pricing consistency and disclosure. The company also refused to cancel future installment payments, which forced me to take additional steps to protect myself financially.Only afterward did I discover multiple public reviews describing similar issues: difficulty canceling, pressure to stay enrolled, and services not aligning with expectations set during sales calls. From my perspective, the way this situation was handled raises serious questions. This company positions itself as helping brands grow and succeed, yet when a customer attempts to cancel within hours—without using the service—the response did not reflect flexibility, transparency, or customer‑first thinking. That disconnect alone should give prospective clients pause.Strong advice for anyone considering BitBranding:Do not sign or pay during the first callRequest the full contract in advanceAsk for temporary access (1–3 days) to review all course content before committingRequire a clear, unconditional refund policyConfirm pricing consistency before paymentThis review reflects my personal experience and opinion only. Others may have had different outcomes. I wish I had seen a review like this before enrolling. Please proceed with extreme caution and demand full transparency before committing any funds.
