No extra conditions were mentioned on that call.What I experienced was different from what I expected: a basic online course, generic advice, and coaches who came to calls unfamiliar with my brand. Their ads specialist hadn’t reviewed my account history and offered templated guidance. Following their advice, I spent £600+ on Meta ads and saw almost no return.When I raised detailed concerns around the 3-month mark and later requested a refund, Aaron’s replies felt dismissive and personal rather than solution-oriented. I would not work with Aaron again.Based on my experience, what I encountered felt like a bait-and-switch between the sales call and the actual service; I would avoid BitBranding and working with Aaron Pearson.
