They manage to sell the same key twice, in different orders, with hours between the first and second.Then, there's a chat option, which isn't really a chat at all, it just tells you to send an email. If it doesn't solve the problem right away, it's completely useless. A person buys the key to use it immediately, not to have to go through all these obstacles. Between writing an email, requesting a new key, and getting a response, I'd rather buy another one.Horrible, I don't recommend it and I won't buy anything here again.
