After recently upgrading my computer to Windows 11 I "lost" Word, Excel and Publisher (which had been installed on my computer when I bought it). I got no help from the manufacturer or from Microsoft but then I watched a very helpful YouTube video and was able to download just the elements of Office 2021 which I wanted.On the Bitcodes site I bought the activation code at a very reasonable price. I activated Word but found the code wouldn't work for Excel or Publisher. Just then I got an email asking me to "rate" Bitcodes and I'm afraid I sent a rather surly reply. However, this was met by nothing but courtesy and persistent helpfulness. I now have all three programs working and am bowled over by such excellent Customer Service from Andrew. (I'm not sure that I would have responded so pleasantly to my original email!)I am delighted as I really did not want to get sucked in to an ongoing subscription to MS365.I recommend Bitcodes 100%!
