This company is a complete joke. I signed up in November and paid hundreds of dollars for a service I never received. Not a single aligner. Not one appointment. Nothing. Just a string of empty promises, vague updates, and endless delays.I went out of my way to source my own clinic to try and move things along, since Bitesoft couldn’t even manage that. I followed up politely, over and over again, for months. I was constantly assured things were “being processed,” and yet absolutely nothing ever happened.Eventually, after chasing for weeks, I was told a refund would be arranged. That was weeks ago. Still no refund. Just more excuses, more silence, and somehow, they even continued to take money out of my account after agreeing to cancel my treatment.This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I feel completely misled, and judging by other reviews, I’m far from the only one. The customer service is abysmal, the processes are disorganised, and they clearly have no respect for the time or trust of the people paying them.If you’re thinking about signing up with Bitesoft: don’t. Spend your money with a company that will actually deliver on their promises. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
