The aligners don't fit my teeth at all, as in they're too short to even cover my teeth. I've complained of no movement and significant pain 24/7 and they've put it back on me. I went to see the dentist that they assign you and he said they have a lot of unhappy and misinformed customers with Bitesoft too. When complaining to my case manager, they responded in a belittling and sarcastic manner, as well as constantly changing their story and never apologising for their mistake of booking me in for a second round of IPR which is apparently not meant to happen. They are refusing to stop direct debits as I want to opt out of the treatment. I'll be switching to Invisalign; you're not saving any money with BiteSoft - it's just money wasted and you'll end up on the more expensive brand anyway.
