Don’t bother - They claim that because some scans were late that the final result is affected ?? Don’t know how when the aligners are all pre made and the last aligners fits perfect. Teeth still bad and now they want more $15 month and $50 per aligner… To clarify your team messages a response after aligners reviewed. 2 aligners were labelled liner number 5 and the last 2 retainers were delayed due to only receiving 9 not 11 Aligners. We waited for months for the replacements to be sent this delayed scanning (the retainer prior was continually worn). Every time we submitted a scan you would respondall looks good move to the next aligner??
