100% avoid Bitesoft. Whilst some hv had a good experience I have not. They hv also tried avoiding giving me refinement replacements back when I first brought it up, and that point I should hv taken them to Fair Trading. However, was rushing overseas and got myself perm retainers done (my self at another dentist). Then I returned fm overseas and wanted to get my teeth fixed by paying for perhaps a few aligners.. they made me go to a local (close to me dentist) removed my perm retainers, did scans (paid for by me) then to later say my teeth is as it should be etc (based on their dodgy orthodontists review) and started to suggest veneers and god knows what. Now if this were even remotely true, that I didn’t need them fixed, then why was it that when I went to an ACTUAL orthodontist, they have said I do need my teeth sorted. I then had to get perm retainers back on (again paid by me) until I decided next steps!! All in all this experience has cost me a ridiculous amount of $. I suspect they realised a whole set of aligners were required and they preferred not to hv me pay for just a number of aligners when in reality I would hv needed rather the full amount so a better solution was to give me some crock of a story. Not only are their ‘guarantees’ seriously flawed.. they will find every excuse to not hold true to it. So if you had a bad experience keep all documentation and take them to Fair Trading. And My advice is to go to a reputable orthodontist.
