On top of that, I had to take multiple moulds and pay additional costs, only to end up with no noticeable improvement.This has been frustrating, especially when friends who chose Invisalign have achieved the results they were promised. I now find myself considering Invisalign anyway, which means effectively paying twice for treatment that should have worked the first time.I expected better quality, results and transparency from Bitesoft. At this stage, I feel let down by the process.
