It was good at first, and my teeth were fixed well. However, now I am disappointed. Last year, I was told that I would need to rescan my teeth or do impressions on my teeth every time I order new retainers. (Every six months) At that time, I asked them to send me retainers based on my final refinements many times as it was when I had just completed my refinement process. But they insisted that I would need to do impressions again. (But now, it seems to be changed and I was told that I wouldn’t need to the scan my teeth every time.)Anyway, since I would move overseas and I wasn’t good at taking impressions, I decided to make my retainers at a different company as this company didn’t require me to rescan my teeth etc. whenever I order new ones.I was following all of the conditions to be qualified for their warranty “10 year smile guarantee”. I was changing my retainers every six months etc.However, since I didn’t buy the retainers through Bitesoft, I was told that I wasn’t qualified for the warranty and would need to pay for refinements.The website says: “It only covers teeth held in position by a Bitesoft bonded wire retainer or a regularly updated plastic retainer (every 6 months).”It doesn’t specifically say plastic retainers need to be through Bitesoft. I was happy when my teeth were fixed, but now I am disappointed.*to your response.As I mentioned here, it isn’t clearly stated that retainers should be through Bitesoft. “ It only covers teeth held in position by a Bitesoft bonded wire retainer or a regularly updated plastic retainer (every 6 months).”Now, it seems like you have updated your website, but I screenshot what it was before. You could just admit that it wasn’t clearly stated. Also your staff didn’t warn me that I wouldn’t be qualified for the warranty if I buy retainers through the other company. It just seems unfair.
