First of all the results were excellent, exactly the outcome alongside a seamless experience with good customer service.I did the scanning in-clinic and got all my aligners in one go (13 month treatment) and from there it's really simple to self-scan using the app and change aligners every 2+ weeks.Customer service replied very quickly for any up-front questions and queries throughout the treatment. Aligners were comfortable and no issues throughout - the 13 months flew by.At the end there was one tiny refinement required with one tooth that needed to move a tiny bit more, but that was pretty easy with a scan during the final appointment with some additional aligners to finish.Overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend Bitesoft. From the research I did they were much cheaper than Invisalign but I never felt like I compromised on quality or service.
