I purchased the kit to do my impressions unfortunately there were not dental practices in SA that worked in conjunction with bitesoft however after seeing a local dentist who identified an issue with bone he recommended that I did not undergo any movement of my teeth. I notified Bitesoft that I would not be able to undertake the treatment and would not be sending the impressions. They immediatly returned my money which I was not expecting and agreed that it would not be suitable treatement. I appreciated the honesty of the company they could have told me to send the impressions and they would look into it but they didnt they were honest and returned my funds without any further questions. I would recommend this company
