I have purchased 6+ challenges from BitFunded totalling over $1,200 USD. I passed their evaluation, followed every rule displayed on their platform, and requested my payout. It was marked “Approved.” The money never arrived on the blockchain — verified on TronScan.
When I followed up, they applied a 70% penalty citing an “Anti-Gambling” rule. That rule does not appear anywhere in their platform FAQ or challenge signup pages. It is hidden in an external document never shown during purchase. Their platform executed every trade without a single warning or block — then retroactively penalized me after I requested withdrawal.
This is the second time I have experienced payout issues despite legitimately completing a challenge.
I have formally escalated to VARA, Dubai’s virtual asset regulator, and UAE Consumer Protection.
