I'm extremely frustrated with the platform. I tried to trade my knife, valued at over $1,100, through a private sale, with plans to list it publicly later. However, shortly after a week, my account was hacked. The hacker made my ad public and changed the price from $1,113.92 to just $1.39, causing me a significant loss. Despite providing proof of the hack and contacting the support team multiple times, they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Their lack of action is unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied with this platform.
