Well, it's a great site. Withdrawals and selling items are fairly smooth for me, though there are occasional errors. However, the KYC process is a bit complicated, and they need to make the website interface a little simpler and more user-friendly. It didn't suit me at all. The support is good, though. I'll give them 5 stars. I liked the site despite that. Just don't forget the two-factor authentication.
