In 2019, I used to play dice game in Bitsler. Later due to various reasons I had to stop playing this game. I left my balance as it is, didn't even withdraw that balance back then. But fortunately, within 24hrs, they had revived my balance. To be frank, I thought they had scammed me, and I had no hope of getting my balance back. The Live chat support is just awesome, they reply back so quickly.Once I got my balance, I decided to withdraw my balance as I'm not being active anymore at Bistler and I cannot stay updated with their Terms and conditions, if they change.I had to do KYC of my account in order to withdraw the amount. I did some mistakes while uploading the documents. And here again, I had to go for their Live chat support. I really cannot explain the support they provide through live chats. Their live chat is the best.I have never seen such a customer support anywhere. And finally I finished my KYC within 2-3hours and even got my amount transferred to my personal wallet.They always try to resolve your concern as early as possible. In both the issues I had raised, I didn't expect the things to get cleared so quickly. But they had resolved my issues in no time. And coming to the revival of my balance, If this same scenario repeats elsewhere, I'm damn sure that they will take hell lot of time to just give you some reply after going through the details of my case.
