I deposited money and started playing,after 3 wins they limited my account and requested verification.I sent my ID card,Utility bill and selfie with ID card and paper with date,username and "Bitsler" on it.They said my account is under investigation and i will be notified,however they wont give me an ETA and just keep delaying my payout.I can provide screenshots of everything.Otherwise they are pretty solid for playing.I hope they will sort this out since i read a lot of good things about them.Edit on 8.3.2024:Now they have deleted my account with funds on it.The account no longer exists so expect them to write here that the account doesn't exist,as on chat while my account was still on they have said that i didn't even deposit money.They are big time crooks,there are hundreds better crypto casinos then these scammers.So dont waste time and money with them.Edit on 13.3.2024:They have flagged this review as "hate speech",still no answer.Guys better donate money to homeless people then to these scammersEdit on 21.3.2024.:They have closed my accounts with deposit and winnings (400+around 800 USDT) after their "investigation".Complete scammers and fraudsters,stay away people.Hope i will save some people money.
