My withdrawal has been on hold for days and customer service is unable to provide any explanation as to what is happening. Every time I go to live chat they say that there is "no new information" regarding the matter. This is not an answer, I am simply asking what is happening with my withdrawal and the reasoning for why it is on hold. Customer support gives vague answers that don't rectify the situation.
