I deposited $10 so that I can play Game Vault it has been 24 hours! I have spoken to customer service like 10 times and my money is still not on there. I just ended a chat, well actually I didn't end it, the customer service rep I was talking to ended it ABRUPTLY! I believe his name was Marcus or something. He was extremely rude, condescending, and insulting. He called me a troll. His written english was broken and I did not understand what he was asking me. So I told him to please explain what he was talking about because I didn't understand and what he wrote made no sense, and he got upset about it and he says "Do you want me to be grammatically correct or do you want your issue resolved?" (I mean , it's kind of hard to get anything resolved if there's a language barrier and I'm not understanding him). He basically gave me an ultimatum. I have never come across a customer service representative that is so unbelievably rude and disgusting. Who talks to customers like that? Who hired him? Who trained him!? He should not be getting paid a salary with that nasty attitude and horrendous customer service, shutting customers down and not resolving a thing! And in the middle of me typing a message regarding a # he asked me for, he straight up ended the chat on me without a word and without resolving the issue of my money being missing. This casino is a joke, a scam! They took my money, gave me false promises and the runaround, verbally mistreated and disrespected me, and they basically hung up on me on the chat. This is wrong on so many levels and I don't know what to do. But I assure you I will be leaving this review on every single platform, website anywhere where there is a review to be left, I will leave it, so that the whole world knows how they steal and mistreat customer who give them their hard earned money for some enjoyment. One down, many many more to go.
