So I was referred to this site by a friend because my friend had problems with some of the other sites but he told me that he never had a problem with this site paying out and he enjoyed the variety of platforms on this site. So of course I joined and I got the sign up bonus. Which I would like to add they say you can withdraw up to $50 a day without depositing anything as long as you send a picture and verify your identity. And when I joined I didn't think very much of it I started playing I only had like $10 basically to play on or something next thing you know I won $550 and that was just on the sign up bonus so I haven't deposited any money yet but yet I have a balance of $550 so I went to go and withdraw $50 because in order to withdraw a hundred you have to deposit some money at least. And I didn't have the money to deposit so I figured I would just withdraw the 50 when I got that deposit it keep withdrawing 100 and play some different games. Instead it's now been 5 days and I have not received a dime yet. I keep being told that my account and game logs are under review and that I will receive an email shortly. I even emailed support and ask them if they could expedite the process which I have already done numerous times in the chat and now I got a support ticket started with the email support. And now it's going on 6 days and I've tried to withdraw $50 every day and everyday it gets put on hold and when I ask the support they tell me that it's investigation and their processing the game logs. How long could it take for them to process a day's worth of game logs I want it that fast and I haven't played since then. It really makes me feel badly like I can't trust this site when they say they will pay you off their sign up bonus yet I have not received a dime of the money that I want off the sign up bonus yet. I really would just like what is owed to me so I can continue to play and have fun. This almost makes me think that they don't pay out to anybody who hits really big like I've read another comments. But I hope and I pray that all this will change and they will begin to pay me or at least just pay me the money they owe me and I can continue to play and enjoy the games myself and have fun. So if they do pay me I will be back on here and that's a promise and I will change my review and I will explain everything that happened and that they came to me and made it right. Because that's what I feel a real company would do and my buddy recommended this company so I feel like they have to be good for something. Like I said I will change my review once I start to receive some of my money until then I'm still out $550 that I won off the $20 sign up bonus and have not been paid a penny of what I've won yet I hope that they can make this rightUpdate 6/19So they finally asked for a verification photo I submitted it and it was approved and I was sent 50$ So after that I requested another 50 and my withdrawal request was pending then an hour ago they changed it to on hold Now idk what to do I only have 20 left to my name and I would deposit it for now but then I wonder and worry if they will put those funds on hold if I deposit them. Hopefully they will send me at least another 50 so I can load 51 and start doing withdrawals of 100 but I'll find out hopefully very soon seems how they can never give me a time frame.
