I previously had a review that was negative about a platform that was taken down and my winnings being taken from the platform and not being paid. After the issue being escalated and few back and forth emails, the financial dept decided to add the winnings to another platform of my choice as a customer courtesy. Due to this satisfactory solution I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. In the future I would hope that the financial dept would inform all customers linked to that platform immediately before any issues like this one could happen. I would of like to have had the winnings sent to my wallet but the end result was better than nothing and I praise the financial dept for looking at it from customers POV and coming up with a fair result for both sides.
