This saddens me to have to write this review because I loved playing with BitSpinWin before today. My husband won $65 on Inferno platform Wich they allowed you to play and allowed the withdrawal this morning even sent confirmation email congratulating him on his winnings but just a few minutes ago he recieved an email saying withdrawal was declined because of technical error, Wich would be understandable if they would of said that before waiting for this withdrawal that he even contacted customer service earlier today and nothing was said about this so called technical issue, and on top of that nothing is being offered to make it right not a single credit on a different platform or anything just a big Sorry..I went and checked their site and you can still withdrawal from Inferno platform so I don't know what they got going on but I no longer trust playing with them if issues like this happen and they lie to us just shows they don't care about their customers just their money Thank God it wasn't a jackpot.. Either way BitSpinWin showed there true colors when technicalities arise. They lost customers today they could of done something for those customers that lost out over this technical error but they chose not to. I also have screenshots so people can see for theirselves not just take my word.
